Reev Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 684 446 268) ("Reev", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when you use our website or the Reev mobile application.

- users of the Reev mobile application

2. Information Collected via Our Website
When you visit or interact with our website, we may collect the following information.

- message content submitted via contact forms
Waitlist or pilot event participation information (historical)
Prior to the public launch of the Reev mobile application, we may have collected information for waitlists, pilot programs, or limited events.
This collection is no longer active once the app launches. Any information collected for these purposes is used only to administer those programs and may be deleted or retained for a limited period for operational or compliance purposes.

3. Information Collected via the Reev Mobile App
When you use the Reev mobile application, we collect the following categories of personal information.

- religion
- height
- lifestyle information (e.g. smoking, drinking, children, wanting children)

Some profile and preference information may be considered sensitive. You choose whether to provide this information.

- approximate location or distance between users
- manually selected location (such as a dropped map pin)
User Content
- voice recordings used in profiles and calls
- photos uploaded to curated albums
- text messages exchanged in the app
- feedback or breakup notes shared between matched users
Interaction and Usage Information
- matches and unmatches
- date requests, scheduling, and participation
- intimacy level progress
- Meet-Up status and check-ins
Safety and Moderation Information

4. Voice Recordings
Voice recordings are used to enable voice-based profiles and communication between users.
Voice recordings are shared with other users only where permitted by the app's matching and interaction rules. Due to the nature of voice and spoken content, voice recordings may be identifiable in certain circumstances.
We do not use voice recordings to train machine-learning or artificial intelligence models.
Users should avoid including identifying, sensitive, or third-party information in voice recordings.

- operate and improve the Reev app and website
- create and manage user accounts
- match users and facilitate dates
- enable voice, video, and text communication

- in-app voice and messaging services (for example, ZegoCloud)

These service providers may change over time.
Some service providers may be located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for overseas disclosures.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Data Retention and Account Deletion
If you request deletion of your account, your account will be deactivated.
We will delete or irreversibly de-identify your personal information within 90 days of your deletion request, unless retention is required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
This includes, where applicable:
- profile information and preferences
- voice recordings
- photos
- text messages
- breakup notes and feedback
- interaction and matching history
Backup copies may persist for a limited period as part of routine system backups.
After account deletion, we may retain limited, de-identified or pseudonymised records (such as hashed identifiers and timestamps) solely for fraud prevention, safety, and compliance purposes. These records do not contain profile content, communications, or media.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and other technical and organisational safeguards, to protect personal information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
